[gui-talk] reading instantly from the paper?

Hi there,
I am dealing with many official documents, and reports in hard form on
day-to-day basis, and the process is becoming burdensome. can any one
on the list advise on the use of a reader to enhance my independence?
current KNFB reader is suggested but I am not sure of its
effectiveness.
any suggestions in this regard will be appreciated.
