[gui-talk] More on Wells Fargo Website

Dave,

When I tried to transfer funds with JAWS, I had difficulty figuring out
which account was selected. Tabbing seemed to cause me to cycle around the
same list, and I didn't get a clear indication whether I was in the "From"
list or the "TO" list. I'd appreciate hearing more of your observations
whenever you go back in.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson

Steve:

I am a Wells Fargo customer and have used the new site once or
twice. I did a money transfer this morning, JAWS 18 and their
SurePay. It went fine, I had to dig around a little, as things were
moved, and different kinds of controls are now used, but I did get it
to work. Some of the combo boxes didn't behave exactly as I expected,
but when I arrowed around to check things, everything was right. I
will have to do a big BillPay session this weekend, probably, so
should know more then.

Dave

p.s. I know that WF does have people working in accessibility, and
they test etc. Web sites are getting more complex, I think, so they
probably feel like they are sticking their fingers in the dike.
