[gui-talk] Odd Issue Playing an Audio Stream

I sent the following message to the Windows 10 list and wanted to repost
it to widen the net, so to speak. Here's my message.

I will admit that I'm not entirely certain whether this is a Windows 10
issue but it may be and so I wanted to throw this out to the list to
seek some feedback.
I'm running a 64-bit version of Windows 10 Pro. I've been doing so since
late November. One of the apps that I use is Tapinradio and I've never
had a problem playing streams from this program until just a few weeks
ago. Just over the last few weeks, one audio stream did not play, which
was the well-known Mushroom FM stream. It would give me an "unknown
library error."
At first, I thought it was a Tapin Radio issue and made sure I was
running the latest program update, latest station presets, etc. However,
the stream won't play from Winamp or Media Player either, causing me to
realize it's not a Tapin Radio issue. When I went to Mushroomfm.com and
tried to play the stream, both with the standard play links and the
alternate link for Media Player, I would get an error from both players.
Winamp gave me "error synching stream" and I'm not sure what I can do to
troubleshoot. This just started happening a few weeks ago. I don't know
if a Windows update caused some corruption but I rather doubt that as I
would think other people would have noticed similar issues. I did need
to totally remove Window-eyes 9.3 with the emergency removal utility but
reinstalled 9.4 a few days later but the problem persists. I'm wondering
if others are noticing similar issues and if someone could suggest a fix.
