Hi,

Yes. Some, like the voices from Acapela are available as addons, though the Acapela set isn't free. 

SAPI voices will also work. Code Factory produced a paid for version of Eloquence, but there are probably loads of free SAPI ones - you'll have some of the microsoft ones preinstalled.
