[gui-talk] moving to apple

Unless things have changed in recent years with the Mac system, the
speech could not deal with many web based tables unless they were
perfectly constructed by the web developers.
The truth is web developers often do not construct their tables
correctly thus one is left very frustrated with voice over.
JAWS and Window Eyes can sometimes do something with this web mess.
