Calling Freedom Scientific is a good idea. You might want to reinstall
JAWS17 again, & the problem might fix itself. I had a problem with PDFS not
reading OCR docs. Per Freedom Scientific, I reinstalled the latest version
of JAWS & the problem was fixed.
