[gui-talk] Recommending Galaxy Tab 4 vs. iPad, thoughts?

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine who is a screen-reader user with average computer
skills would like to know which tablet is easier to use, Galaxy Tab 4
vs. iPad. Accessibility and ease of use are her #1 concern. Other
factors not so important. Would you say Tab 4 is just as accessible as
iPad, or not quite? Can you please elaborate?
