[gui-talk] Configuring Outlook2013

How do I get into the menus that configure Outlook2013?  They don't seem 
intuitive compared to Outlook Express2003 or Thunderbird.
   Where are the keyboard commands?  Are there any audio tutorials?

I am running JFW16 with Windows8.1.

I am not too pleased with this non-intuitive ribbon menu structure at all.

Any information would be appreciated.
