If you use online learning produced by SkillSoft you may know you can have accessibility problems.  To address this the company has set up a support line.  SkillSoft uses the Java runtime environment and this can be a challenge for some folks in some situations to get working correctly.  The Skillsoft player has modes for various disabilities, but some may not understand if they should enable such modes of operation or not.
