[gui-talk] Just getting started with Windows 8

Hello!
I am just getting started  with a Windows 8, HP laptop and wanted to
know if there are some settings that need to be changed to make it
more accessible?  If so, would you please share them with me?  I have
Jaws 15 I can put on it.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
