[gui-talk] windows 8.1 comes out tomorrow

hi
I saw on amazon windows8.1 comes out tomorrow. I stayed away from 
regular windows8 because it did not have a full retail version it just 
had OEM disks. I want full coppies of windows to put in virtual machines 
and multiple hard drives and computers if needed. so will this one 
finally have a talking installer?
