[gui-talk] Internet explorer 10

A few sites work better with IE 9. However, most sites still work quite well
with IE 8. Haven't tried IE 10 because I haven't seen much from FS about it.

I had a technical look at my computer, and upgrade JAWS. It seems the
upgraded Internet Explorer to version 10.

I think I was running 8 before, and I was quite happy with things the way
they were running.

Is there a reason to still use internet explorer 8?

I am running windows 7, and Jaws 14.
