[gui-talk] Making sure I'm safe in Internet explorer

I had some windows open during browsing with Internet explorer 10.

I also see dozens of open pages in my history items.

I am pretty sure that the pop up blocker is on, and I suspect there is a tool bar in action here.

I also cannot navigate through the entire menu bar with right and left arrows after pressing ault.

How do I unenstall tool bars?
