[gui-talk] new windows mobile phones

Deane:

 From what I understand -- and I could be wrong, MS intends to make 
windows phones accessible, but it is taking longer then any of us 
would wish. Apparently, some of the plumbing they need is not there 
and won't be until some time in the future.  This is unfortunate, but 
it isn't fair or constructive to say they are putting no resources into it.
