[gui-talk] help with windows media player and jaws 12

hi all,
i have some problems with jaws 12.
i am using a windows media player 11 and i have a problem with jaws
when i press on the "seek" category.
when i slide down or up with down or up arrows or when i stop the song
and want to see where is stopped by seconds i need to press on the
keystroke insert+esc to refresh the screen and then to press on the
insert+up arrow keystroke to hear the line and the seconds that it
stands in this.
i tried to delete the user settings in the jaws program group that
located in all programs in windows 7 and it's not help.
if you have a solution i will happy because it disturbs in a lot of cases.
