[gui-talk] File downloads not working with internet explorer

Hello,

Using IE 8, Jaws 11.

My computer emits this two beep sound whenever I press enter on a link 
to a file download.

I think a setting somewhere is preventing the download dialogue from 
opening.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
