[gui-talk] Adobe flash cookies

One financial site I use uses Flash to generate a cookie to save log in 
data such as whether or not challenge questions have been answered when 
trying to log in.  In past as long as you didn't delete the Flash cookie 
you did not have to answer the challenge questions to log on to your 
account.  More recently I have to answer the challenge questions every 
time.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem and if so is there a 
solution.  I am running flash player 11.3 and the problem happens on 
both latest versions of IE 9 and Firefox on my Windows 7 64 bit machine.
