[gui-talk] strange IE 9 problem

Running IE 9 on a Win 7 64 bit machine.  For some reason when I start IE 
9 it opens two copies of my home page.  I can use control w to close one 
instance and there is another instance of my home page still open.  I 
can alt tab between two identical pages.  Any way to solve this? 
Appreciate any help or suggestions.  Having tab browsing enabled or 
disabled makes no difference.
