Rather than do some fun things with boot CD(s) and sighted assistance
try this:
go into the user account you made and go to the user account management
screens
select the change account
It may ask for the admin account password, there or just let you in it.
but you have voice at least in that part.
 
There tons of password removal and/or cracking tools you can get also,
use it as more than lst resort--they are quick and easy to use but tend
to require someone to read screens for you.
