[gui-talk] Tom Tom GPs, now you can talk to it!

Really, with GPS being built in to most smart phones, there is little reason to buy stand alone gps units. This is also good for us because most of the gps apps on smart phones are accessible, so there is no need to pay much higher prices for accessible gps programs.
