What folder was open when you created the subfolders? Perhaps the folders
are under a subfolder from your inbox or are in a different .PST archive
altogether.

Hi All, 

 

I have created several folders in Outlook in which I have stored various
categories of messages.  When I want to move a message to a specific folder,
it brings up the list and I can arrow through and select the folder where I
want to put the message.  However, if I'm in the Inbox and want to go to a
specific folder, the only folders I can locate are the ones Outlook
creates--Sent Items, Deleted Items, Drafts and soforth. 

 

What do I need to do in order to bring up the folders I have created?  There
are items I would like to be able to refer to, but I don't know how to get
to them now.
