[gui-talk] Seeking Guidance On MSIE8

The only configuring I had to do was to disable ActiveX filtering. This had
nothing to do with screen-reader access but allowed web pages to activate
media players and such. I got at it thru the IE 9 toolbar. Incidentally,
unless you have a web page up, the F6 key won't necessarily take you to the
toolbar; if you're on the address field, just hit tab and you'll get there.

Yes, there is a warning about magic and, I presume, about *all* screen
magnification programs in that the edge-smoothing techniques used by Magic
and other magnification programs don't work in the scheme adopted for IE 9.

Mike:
What kind of configurations did you have to do?
I'm considering upgrading to IE 9 so I can make sure my websites work with
the latest browsers.

Also: I heard that FS did post a warning for Magic users.
