Nadia,

Some of your arguments are very good but there are some that are not clear.  I fear that there is more here than we 
can sort out here.  System Access can do quite a bit, but some of the determining factor is what software other 
students are using to write papers and such.  If you need some help, you need to get in contact with someone in your 
area who understands the whole situation.
