[gui-talk] Software Installations in Windows 7

Good morning colleagues.

 

In Windows XP and prior editions of the Win OS, it was relatively simple to
install newly downloaded software manually using the start run command. How
does one manually install software in Win7? I ask only because it appears
the old run command may no longer be available.
