[gui-talk] going assumption about google chrome

Everyone on this list who finds google chrome inaccessible has also 
downloaded and added chromevox from the google web store.  If that's an 
incorrect assumption on my part, that might be something to try and then 
when google chrome with chromevox installed fails you're probably very 
right to complain.  Before doing so though, there's probably a recorded 
presentation on line about chromevox you might want to listen to first 
that was done earlier this year, it'll be a google tech talk type 
presentation too.
