You're absolutely right, Ray.  It is a joke that Google pats itself on the 
back for improving accessibility.  A prime example is Google Chrome.  What 
have they done over the past three years to make it screen-reader 
accessible?  Absolutely nothing.  They have become so arrogant and 
inconsiderate that they don't even provide an easy means of contacting them 
with feedback or complaints.  I challenge anyone to find a phone number or 
URL for Google customer relations. Obviously, they don't give a bleep what 
their users think.
