[gui-talk] Windows 7 and total loss of sound

I am running WE 7.5.2 on a Windows 7 64 bit machine and when I totally
lose sound the only thing I can do is reboot. I can tell it is a total
loss of sound as I try to play a music file and get nothing. Seems that
this long after the release of Win 7 this problem would be resolved.
