I've heard a rumor that such a beast exists. Is it so? If yes, where might I
download it? I'm looking for a .MSI file or its ilk.

 

The reason is that I need Java Access Bridge at work and their I T people
seem incapable of following the directions on Oracle as to where to place
the various components. And policy prohibits me from doing it myself. Ugh!
