[gui-talk] deleting self-fill addresses in Mac mail

Hi guys:
I have the latest version of Mail running 10.6.7,
and I came up with something that is a bit anoying.
Once I put an email into my to field, say GUI,
it remembers the address thereafter.
Useful for lists and the like where I use the address alot,
but anoying when I'm typing emails I'll only use once,
say, an email tha comes out as invalid,
or someone I stop talking too.

Is there any way to delete these emails from its memory selectively?
