Hello again, Everyone! Thanks so much for your input with the Empty Document question. Here's another one, since you were so good with the first one! I have OpenBook 7.2. Lately when I've tried to scan, it tells me that scanning has failed. I can't figure out what to do to diagnose or fix the problem. Ideas? Thanks! Susan Tabor
