Debbi:

Most likely you haven't received an answer because no one on this list knows 
the answer.  I know people become impatient with list silence and fear that 
their notes aren't making it but my experience is that silence usually means 
that no list denizen has a clue as to how to help.

An RSS Reader is kind of like a Podcast client except that it's for text. 
Sites that have RSS feeds send out periodic bulletins and your browser can 
be configured to pick these up more or less automagically.
