[gui-talk] Globallty insert returns using Control H? How?

Ctrl-H is the find and replace command in Word, I think.  Caret p is the
symbol for a paragraph or carriage return.  The trick is to correctly
identify the beginnings of the chapters so that the global replace will work
properly.
