Hi all,

Just an FYI, I've updated the MS Word script so it works around another rare
WE/Word bug.  This one was that WE would not speak the number of a
automatically numbered paragraph, if the paragraph contained a style
separator.

I've also improved the reading of table row and column headers recently.
