[gui-talk] Skype Scripts Version 3.03 for Window-Eyes are now Available

Version 3.03 of the Skype scripts for Window-Eyes are now available on
Script Central at
https://www.gwmicro.com/Script_Central/Scripts/Script_Details/?scriptid=1025
or an easier way to get these scripts is to use the Install Packages
script.  Here are the changes in this version:

Added support for Skype 4.2's Contact List.
Added more error handling.
