The camera is only one part of the challenge of making the reader available on the I phone.  The I Phone uses a different operating system than the phones that the 
reader currently runs on.  From things I heard before, I gather that the I phone and other phones are being considered, though.

The voice on the MAC is very good.  The same voice is not used on all Apple products, though.  For example, the I Pad uses the same voice that is used to read text 
on a VR Stream.
