[gui-talk] Screen Reader Accessibility on MP3 players

There's also software I've heard of available on the web but not
updated anymore called rock box. Also, there are several "blind
friendly" MP3 players/portable media players which included speech,
such as the Victor Reader Stream from HumanWare, GW Micro's Booksense,
and others. These may cost more than standard MP3 players, but they
include voices for navigation and reading of documents. These same
specialized players let you play audio files, NLS digital talking
books, Audible.com content, and other types of files.
