[gui-talk] Combo boxes

For combo boxes, whether on web pages or in Windows itself, you should press
Alt-downArrow to open the combo box before using the arrow keys to point at
something.  If you do this, moving out of the combo box will then activate
what you are pointing at.  Using the arrow keys without the Alt-arrow first
causes the combobox control to activate before you are ready for it to do
so.
