[gui-talk] changing the screen orientation on Dell Lattitude Laptop

Try ctrl-alt-UpArrow.  You must have pressed ctrl-alt-RightArrow at some 
point.  Window-Eyes users have had to deal with this for some time.  These 
are hotkeys used by Intel graphics adapters.  In the properties of your 
video adapter, after you have righted your screen, you can disable the hotkeys.
