I just noticed the subject line. I don't think I ever said that Jaws 
wouldn't say control c. I inquired about something rather different from 
that. Oh, well. Too late now.

If I use the tree view (the pane on the left) to select a folder, then tab
into the right-hand pane where the files and subfolders can be examined or
selected, nothing is selected when I land there.  To select anything, I must
use an arrow key, Home, End, PgDn, etc. to move away from that starting
place, or press spacebar to do the selection in place.  The starting place
in the right-hand pane is whatever you reach with the Home key, but this is
determined by the sort order you have applied to that folder.

Anyway, I hope you get it figured out.

We don't have an option to repair Window-Eyes.  All we an do is uninstall
and reinstall it.  <grin>
