[gui-talk] Jaws won't say "control C" on folder names in WindowsExplorer

Hello Joel and everyone.

I agree with Wayne that it copying a file or folder from the list view 
instead of the Windows tree view is proven to be a much more reliable method 
based on my considerable experience with this basic Windows file management 
function.
