In the View Menu, when you hold SHIFT down while selecting a sort order, it
reverses the order.  If your list is currently sorted by name in ascending
order and you hold SHIFT while pressing the name option, it will sort by
name but swap it to descending.  The SHIFT key is nice in this situation
when you want to control the order of the documents in your list view.
