Monday, Canada's Federal Court ruled on a case that has resulted in the
Federal government being directed to make its websites accessible
within the next 15 months. This was as a result of a case involving a
blind woman, Donna Jodhan,  who launched a Constitutional challenge that
spoke to problems experienced accessing several government sites.

As part of the ruling, several statements were made referencing the
