[gui-talk] Del, laptop, un locking the lock icon!

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for your suggestions on my new Del laptop.
Well I took it to work and had some "Tech people", set it up.
JAW's loaded in great.
However there is a icon loc on the screen.
They used a mouse and pass it over and click the icon to un lock the lock.
Does anyone know how I can dis- able this icon or use a key stroke to un
lock the lock?
