[gui-talk] HELP -- IE and constant chatter

I knew it had to be something simple -- Thanks Lloyd.
I found a winamp toolbar and winamp toolbar loader -- nasty little add-on 
that drives jaws crazy.  Now I have to figure out how to uninstall it.  The 
best I can do here is disable it, but at least that will shut it up.

It may be under Tools in IE itself.  I'm not sure.
