Name range problems are caused by not placing a name for each column of
information.  Let's say you have the name and then the phone number and
email address, well you have to place at the top of each of these columns in
the spreadsheet in Excel the words Name, Phone Number, Email Address, for
the corresponding columns.  This is usually the problem with this type of
error.

Make sure they are on the first row of content.  The import feature of
Outlook is looking for these name ranges to categorize the data below them.
