[gui-talk] NVDA 2009.1 is now Released

NVDA 2009.1 has just been released.  This is an official release and not
a beta.  All the details about this release such as a long list of the
new features and bug fixes in this version and links to download both
the portable and installer file can be found on the NVDA blog at
