Greetings all you Office power users...
I have a question --
How do I change Word so it edits a text file rather than an xml file? I 
understand from a guy on another list that it is possible to tell Word to 
edit text only files, while still keeping some of the formatting niceties, 
such as autocorrect and lists etc.
Is there a menu command or a keyboard shortcut that will do this? I can't 
find one.
My friend has not replied to my query.
Also, he mentioned sound effects to download. Does anyone here use Word with 
sound effects that alert you of autocorrections and other events?
