Running on Windows 7 home premium. About 25 percent of the time when I start my screen reader I get a error dialob popping up and the system is locked. When I look at the event viewer there is a entry of event id 243 A desktop heap allocation failed. Anyone got a clue as to how to fix this issue? Thanks
