[gui-talk] copying music files onto thumb drive

I am trying to copy MP3s from my computer to a thumb drive to put on another device. I got the following error:
Error Copying File or Folder
Cannot copy 10-Forever: The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
What does the error mean and what can I do to solve the problem? Thanks.
