I'd think the captia would come in to play only when setting up the account
as in establishing your log in information.

Hmmm ... although I haven't tried to change my email address, I have 
changed much else and never encountered a CAPTCHA.

If I remember correctly I saw a press release a while back on NFB and 
Amazon
working ot make their site more accessible.  Who is overseeing this 
project?
The reason I ask is because when I went to change my e-mail address on 
my
account they had a capcha without an accessible alternative on their 
site.
As a result I have not been able to change my e-mail address.
